Request for cancellation or postponement of your test must be made strictly 5 weeks before the test date by email or in person only. Cancellation or postponement requests over the phone are not accepted. Cancellations more than five weeks ahead of the test date will receive a full refund.
Not attending the test without any excuses is considered a cancellation, no refund will be issued, and you must register and pay again if you wish to take the test on another date.
Refunds are made via bank transfer and usually take up to three to four weeks after the request is processed and emailed. If you want a refund or postponement /change of your test date, you should contact the test center as soon as possible.
* The five-week rule is regardless of when you registered, it is counted from the test date you registered for.
My test is less than five weeks away, how can I postpone / cancel it?
Candidates who request cancellation or postponement less than five weeks before the test, or who do not participate in the test they have registered, can receive an intermittent refund or postponement of the test if they submit evidence of the reasons listed below.
- Serious Illness – hospital admission or serious injury
- Loss or Bereavement – death of a close family member
- Hardship/Trauma – victim of a crime, victim of a traffic accident
- Military Service
In order to postpone or cancel your test, you must complete the Request for Refund or Test Day Transfer Form and attach the appropriate document and/or proof, such as a medical report, death notice or police report received from a qualified hospital, to your test center by email within 5 days of your test date. Due to registration process, you can receive your test fee with a 25% deduction or postpone your test to another date without any additional fees. Postponement request is limited with one time only.
There is five weeks / more than five weeks to my test, how can I postpone / cancel?

Just fill out the Request for Refund or Test Day Transfer Form and send it to your test center by email. You can request full refund or postponement of your test to another date. Postponement request is limited with one time only.
