Yes, whether you do computer-delivered IELTS or paper-based IELTS, your Test Report Form is the same. So, if you need IELTS for study or migration, you know that your scores are accepted.
- How can I check my computer-delivered IELTS score?
If you have taken the computer-delivered IELTS test, we’ll release your scores 2-7 days after your test date. You can check your results online. Additionally, sometimes you can get your IELTS results through SMS. If you want to know if this option is available, please check with your Test Centre before your results are released. Your IELTS Test Centre will send you your Test Report Form (TRF) to your postal address.
- Is the computer-delivered test is easier than the paper-based test?
Because the content is the same, the level of difficulty for both the computer-delivered test and the paper-based test are the same. In addition, neither test is easier than the other because the scoring for all sections is also the same. However, some test takers did find computer-delivered IELTS easier because of the comfort level. Also, people who use computers phones more for typing in their daily lives would rather take the IELTS test on the computer, that write on paper.
